The authors are lecturers on the CEEA courses. They have agreed to provide the slide shows of their lectures for posting on the website - a written agreement has been completed with each author to this effect.

The slide show remains the property of the author or the third party whose material may be included in the slide show. The author is free to use the slide show for other purposes at his option. CEEA does not receive nor provide a copyright for the slide show or any part thereof.

The content of the slide show and any part thereof remains the responsibility of the author, whether prepared by the author or by a third party. CEEA assumes no liability for the scientific or other content of the slide show.

The author shall be liable for ensuring that any part of the slide show provided by a third party (figures, tables, pictures or other material) is free for publishing on the website and neither CEEA nor any third party will be subject to any claims, whether related to copyrights or other intellectual property rights, based on the availability and/or use of the slide show in this website as herein defined. The author shall apply for any respective approvals or permissions required for his use of such third party materials as a part of the slide show and the publishing of the slide show in the website and shall be solely responsible for any costs thereto related. The source of such material must be clearly indicated in the slide show in the context where such material is presented.

The slide show may only be used for personal learning. Any copying, transfer, presentation or reproduction of the slide show or any part thereof in any manner shall be subject to an express consent to be obtained from the author in writing. The slide show may not in any case be used for commercial purposes.

The authors will give their written consent to providing their slide show to CEEA for use on the EVA website for a duration of one year minimum. This document will be signed and dated. The author may at any time request CEEA to withdraw the slide show from the website. CEEA may at its option choose to withdraw any slide show from the website at any time.

The authors will observe CEEA's recommendations to authors concerning the presentation of their slide show, such recommendation may be amended by CEEA from time to time.
